History
Xiaomei Stewed Noodles Restaurant is established by Mei Tao on July 21st, 2004 in Weihai, a beautiful coastal city. Through about 10 years of development, it has developed from a small cabin with an area of no more than 9 square meters and three employees into a chain enterprise with about 100 employees in Weihai, Rongcheng and Wendeng.
The founder Mei Tao introduces different features of Henan stewed noodles, combines the local folk custom and diet characteristics, fully adapts to the pace of modern life and needs, brings new and purer taste, forms the unique characteristics of mellow soup, delicious meat and smooth and tough noodles, realizes reasonable mix of nutrition and brings era significance and health care to the traditional noodles.
Xiaomei Stewed Noodles Restaurant mainly serves noodles with soup, and fried noodles, noodles with soy sauce and cold dishes are also available. Moreover, it enriches varieties and makes innovation. To meet consumers’ needs on breakfast, the breakfast includes stewed noodles, soybean milk, fried bread stick, steamed stuffed bun, and congee.
